This 2,700 sq. ft. ground-up branch was built for BankGloucester’s expansion into a new market and the third branch in the client’s Massachusetts network north of Boston. Our designers studied the locality and created what we think is a fitting testament to its culture and history.
There were some challenges with this site due to wetlands concerns, but our engineers worked with the town to find viable solutions and, as ever, we finished the project on schedule.
The exterior of the branch was designed to create a brand presence on the street that complemented local architectural elements. This included a branded tower with traditional bracket features, and durable composite shingle siding and clapboard. The branch exterior also includes a drive-through that continues the local architectural style.
The full-service interior has a hybrid teller line and other millwork finished with plastic laminate and quartz tops. Branding is integrated into the interior design and there are also graphic walls featuring the work of a local artist. This branch is custom-designed for the neighborhood and will shine there for a long time.
