Following our recent success with an extensive renovation for their Meriden branch, Achieve Financial Credit Union has chosen to partner with Solidus once again for a complete overhaul of their New Britain location. Having unveiled an exclusively ITM prototype at the Meriden branch, along with a host of updates to their brand identity, the client was eager to roll out this new look across their network.
To encourage dialog and increase staff interaction we modified the interior floor plan of the New Britain branch to create comfortable, well-equipped consultative spaces, with special attention paid to a large circular waiting area. The introduction of secluded ITM or “e-Teller” machines allows members to manage their transactions via self-serv or teller assist with complete privacy and confidentiality.
Exterior renovations included parking lot restorations, the installation of new directional signage, and branded ITM wraps and surrounds for their drive through machines. This added curb appeal will be particularly beneficial as city officials recently approved the construction of a new footpath intended to travel alongside the property. By implementing distinct but subtle changes to both their brand and their business model, Achieve FCU will maintain their presence in the community and attract the potential new membership this additional traffic will bring.
New Britain’s sophisticated look was completed with the same flashy teal accent color that was used in Meriden. Strategic design elements and retail communications were integrated throughout the space to reinforce the client’s renewed brand identity and enhance their member’s overall experience. The finished project is refreshed, but still familiar and provides an innovative approach to traditional banking services.
